  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance.
  • Gift cards or digital downloads.

1.3 How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@gowisestep.com with the following details:

  • Your order number.
  • The items you wish to return.
  • Reason for the return.

Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping address.


2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

2.2 Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item received).

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging for faster resolution. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time, please:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take additional time for the refund to post.
  3. Reach out to your bank for further assistance.
